Our Story

Rising Star Human Resources, Inc. is a licensed Philippine Recruitment Agency and accredited as a Sending Organization for placing technical interns in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). Our main focus is on recruiting, placing, and dispatching Filipino workers to Japan. Furthermore, we are expanding our operations to other countries and recently deployed our first Overseas Filipino Worker who is heading to Italy.
