Submit Manpower Request
Send us your request for manpower and we will assist with the accreditation process.

Accreditation and Recruitment
Once accredited by the concerned Migrant Workers Office in the country of worksite and the Department of Migrant Workers in the Philippines, we will proceed to recruit and select applicants.

Candidate Selection
Qualified candidates will be endorsed for the final interview.

Documentation and Clearance
We will handle the necessary documentation and clearance processing of the worker.

Deployment
Once everything is complete, the worker(s) will be deployed and ready to start working with you.

I am interested in hiring Filipino workers, what do I need to do?
You may contact us, and we will be glad to assist you. Kindly inform us of the following:
- Job Site / Destination
- Total number of positions and detailed job description
- Nature of project
- Offered salary rate and Terms and Conditions of Employment
- Mobilization Timetable
What are the requirements for obtaining initial accreditation as a Principal/Employer?
We’re here to assist you with the initial accreditation process. Please prepare the following:
- Recruiting Agreement
- Job Order indicating the position/s, required number per position, and respective salary.
- Copy of valid Commercial Registration and Business License of the principal issued and authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce or a relevant government office, including business activities information, number of years in operation, and current labor force volume/size (must be translated into English);
- Passport Copy of Signatory
- Master employment contract signed on all pages by the principal or his/her authorized representative.
- Contingency Plan if applicable
- Other forms or documents as required by the concerned Migrant Workers Office of job site
What happens when the accreditation expires?
To renew the accreditation, we must submit the following:
- Reconfirmed recruitment agreement
- Revalidated or new job order
- Other forms or documents as required by the concerned Migrant Workers Office of job site
How long is the accreditation valid?
The validity of the accreditation of employer is four (4) years.
I need more manpower, what do I need to do?
The following are the requirements for additional job orders:
- Valid accreditation with the agency
- At least 75% - 100% of its initial job order/manpower request is utilized
- New Manpower Request
- A copy of the previously approved Manpower
Request bearing - MWO and DMW stamp (applicable if old position)
- New Master Employment Contract (applicable if new position or if required by MWO after evaluation)
- Copy of previously approved Master Employment Contract bearing MWO and DMW stamp (applicable if old position)
- Other forms or documents as required by the concerned Migrant Workers Office of job site
What are the fees shouldered by employers?
Under our government rules, here are the fees chargeable against employers:
- Visa, including fee
- Work permit and residence permit
- Processing fee in Department of Migrant Workers (DMW)
- Membership fee to the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
- Additional trade test/assessment if required by
the employer
